We’re conveniently located in the heart of Cochrane! You can find us on the second floor of the Cochrane Professional Building, (right next to Home Hardware). Suite 208-E is located on the second floor. Directions are listed below for your convenience.

PARKING

• Parking can be found on the bustling corner of First street and Centre ave connected to Cochrane Professional Building. The parking lot at times may be full during the mid to late afternoon (3:00-5:30pm).

• There is additional street parking to be found a short walking distance away, next to Royal bank, and up Main street, as well as First ave. See map above.

• For your peace of mind, please give yourself a few extra minutes to secure parking so you can arrive at your appointment hassle free.

FIND US ON THE SECOND FLOOR!

1) Enter the Cochrane Professional Building through the main doors.

2) Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor

3)At the top of the stairs/elevator, walk straight ahead through the glass doors, labelled 208, into the waiting room area.

4) Chelsey Beda R.M.T’s studio door: 208-E. Found near the end of the waiting room, in the north-west corner of the building.

5) If the studio door is closed when you arrive, please take a seat, and relax. I will be with you shortly!

WASHROOM ACCESS

• Washrooms are located on the second floor, in the south-east corner of the building.

• Exit through the glass doors and take a left.

• Washroom keys are available on the coffee table in the waiting room during business hours.
